About ERG
Electro Recycling Ghana stands for the responsible initial treatment and proper recycling of electronic waste, metal scrap and the management of used batteries in Ghana. The focus is on the reuse of old equipment and the recovery of spare parts. Manual disassembly of end-of-life equipment allows for the recovery of clean secondary materials and the careful and proper disposal of critical materials.
This creates a functioning circular economy and sustainable jobs for the future of all people in Ghana: from innovations in the field of electrical recycling and battery management to the extraction of raw materials and the sustainable procurement of important ICT spare parts and the production of new ICT devices.
